Application Process
1) Initial Loan Summary – Click here to begin
Fill out the online form. This provides the pertinent details of your loan request. We will review the information and determine if we are able to process your loan and attempt to contact you within 24 hours of submission.
2) Consultation
If your loan request is feasible we will contact you to discuss and answer any questions you may have. At this stage we may request additional information.
3) Application – Click here for mortgage application
Complete the application and submit it along with any other additional documents requested.
4) Review & Proposal
The application and accompanying documents will be reviewed and put together into a proposal which covers all of the pertinent data of the loan. Each lender has different lending guidelines and criteria, therefore, the proposal is designed to accommodate specific lenders, and this greatly increases the chance of approval. During this stage broker fees will be determined and if a retainer is required it will be acknowledged.
5) Lender Submit
The proposal will be submitted to the appropriate lender(s).
After the proposal has been submitted all negotiations will be carried out by Inglis Commercial Mortgages on your behalf. You will be informed of any lender requests and concerns at all times. Finally, when a commitment is released by the lender it will be explained in detail with all follow up questions answered.
