Greg graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in finance.

Following graduation he joined Avide Developments, a Real Estate Development firm located in Moncton, NB.  He worked in their procurement department and was responsible to plan, develop and implement a database for their new construction management software.     

In 2006, he joined Turner Drake and Partners Ltd., a distinguished and respected Real Estate Counseling firm located in Halifax, NS.  He worked primarily in their valuation division, valuing land and commercial and industrial properties.  He provided assistance to the property tax division carrying out inspections and analysis.  He also worked in their counseling division conducting market surveys for the Atlantic Canadian real estate market.  

In 2008, Greg and his wife returned to Moncton, NB (their mutual hometowns) to “plant their roots” and start a family.  Upon returning to Moncton, he decided it was time for a fresh start.  Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and looking to pursue his passion for finance and real estate he started work as a residential mortgage consultant.  It took only two months before he identified the need for representation in the private mortgage sector; therefore, in early 2009, Inglis Commercial Mortgages was created.

Greg is currently enrolled at the University of British Columbia where he is working towards a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate degree and a diploma in Urban Land Economics.
